The photograph was noted as missing by Cook and Wedderburn. Although Hewison, in his edition of the Rudimentary catalogues, lists this as no. 121, no. 121 is occupied by another photograph (WA.RS.RUD.121) in the Ashmolean's volumes containing the Teaching Collection, which presumably reflect the original arrangement of the series. This photograph, therefore, must have been no. 122. Hewison notes that the image which he calls no. 121 'is almost certainly the same as "Standard and Reference Series" Number 45', and an image of Standard no. 45 is here used as a surrogate for the missing photograph.
